Membership Renewal Notice: It is important for WCAG members to understand that since formation in 1976, the organization’s fiscal year is June 1 through May 31 (this cannot be changed easily). Therefore, annual dues for each fiscal year (a.k.a. “WCAG Season”) are due on June 1st every year/season and those dues expire the following May 31st.

A grace period is provided during the entire month of June to allow members to get their renewals done, before the membership “drop” deadline (i.e., removal from the active member list). Dues payment for the current season (not carry-over credit from prior season during grace period) is required for participation in any guild exhibit within that season. Online renewal via the website makes it easy to renew at the time of art submission to an exhibit in the event an artist realizes their dues are not current.

 

For new members who join the WCAG (for their first time) during March-May, those initial dues will be credited as applicable to the entire following year/season (i.e., their renewal will not become due for the following 13-15 months).

 

Unless overpaid by mistake, dues are not refundable at any time, for any reason.
