Geri Heringer

Geri currently resides in Georgetown TX, but grew up in western Canada, thus cultivating her love of the outdoors.

She sees her paintings as a meeting place between bold, graphic illustration and the textured world of Impressionism. Her work celebrates everyday moments and nature.

Geri's painting style relies on clean outlines and distinct shapes. She loves using vibrant unexpected colors and visible, textured brushstrokes to capture how light moves and reflects. By pairing clean, graphic designs with expressive, rich textures, she turns familiar sights into modern visual statements. Ultimately, she paints to share the wonder, color, and energy she sees in the world.

She likes to find "the extraordinary in the everyday” in her paintings.
